Donations may be accepted outside the mobile application. Any payment or donation made through third-party channels is subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for payment processing issues outside our direct control.

BWin30, including its software, branding, graphics, databases, audio, gameplay, word packs, and other content, is owned by Tswana Pedia Trust unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without prior written permission.

9. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also introduce new features such as multiplayer, leaderboards, cloud syncing, or additional game modes in future releases.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
